Formlabs Fuse X1 Vacuum Conveyor is the core component of the powder transport system, with one unit included with the printer to load refreshed powder and another included with the Fuse Sift X1 to move reclaimed powder. Additional units can be integrated into the workflow to store powder in large containers or manage transport to minimize production bottlenecks.

Formlabs Fuse X1 build unit is a mobile, wheeled container that transports prints between the printer and the Fuse Sift X1 breakout station using ergonomic blind-mate connectors. Its insulated chamber allows prints to cool passively outside of the printer, minimizing downtime so the next print job can start immediately.

Formlabs Fuse Sift X1 is a large-format powder recovery station featuring a sealed glovebox, automated powder transport, and a compressed air system for clean, efficient post-print processing. With capacity to handle three to five full builds of used powder, it eliminates cleanup bottlenecks to maintain a continuous, high-volume workflow.
